One finished handmade phone case in your selected design, made for the phone model you provide. Your selected design is handmade as a finished piece, not a DIY kit; no assembly is needed.
2. Will this case fit my phone?
Tell us your exact phone brand and model when you order. We’re happy to create a case for any phone brand or model, as long as a compatible case base is available on the market.
3. Will mine look exactly like the photos?
We’ll follow your selected design’s overall colors and decorative combination. As each piece is made by hand, small differences in placement, color and texture are natural.
4. How long will my order take?
Please allow 7–14 days for us to make your selected design before dispatch. Shipping time is additional and depends on your destination and chosen shipping option.
5. Can I return or exchange my order?
Because your piece is made to order, change-of-mind returns may be limited. If it arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us. We’ll help in accordance with our published return policy and applicable law.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Products offered under our Custom navigation cannot be cancelled after an order is placed under our voluntary cancellation policy.
This voluntary cancellation policy does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable statutory cancellation rights and remedies for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Your decoden design is built on a clear case base chosen for your phone model. The undecorated reference base shown here has an acrylic back and transparent edges, ready for your selected handmade decoration.

- Approximately 1.5 mm for the undecorated acrylic base, as specified by the supplier. Handmade decoration adds to the finished thickness.

- Please select or provide your exact phone brand and model. Case dimensions, camera openings, buttons and port cutouts vary by model and available compatible base.
A Clear Foundation
A transparent back and outlined edges form the base for your custom design. The photo shows the base before cream glue, charms or figurines are added.
Model-Specific Openings
The bottom-edge close-up shows the reference case openings. Their size and placement depend on your chosen phone model; the two cases pictured are reference examples, not a two-case bundle.

Care for Your Finished Case
- Wipe gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then allow to dry.
- Avoid soaking the decorated case, harsh cleaning chemicals, excessive heat and pulling on attached pieces.
- Fit or remove the case gently from its edges without pressing on the raised decorations.
