Dispatch and production

Ready-to-Ship orders normally dispatch within 24 hours on business days after order confirmation. Made-to-Order pieces normally require approximately 12–15 production days before dispatch. Shipping transit time is additional.

These are dispatch and production estimates, not delivery-time guarantees. Customs processing can affect transit time. Any duties or import taxes are assessed under the destination’s rules.
