What counts toward a threshold
Free-shipping thresholds use the merchandise subtotal after product discounts. Taxes, duties, gift wrap, and shipping upgrades do not count toward a threshold. The free rate applies to standard shipping; optional upgrades remain paid.
Dispatch and production
