Free standard shipping on eligible orders over US$48.99 after discounts.
If your discounted merchandise subtotal is US$48.99 or less, standard shipping charges apply. Exactly US$48.99 does not qualify.
Shipping fees are calculated separately and are not discounted. Taxes and shipping do not count toward the merchandise threshold.
Planned: eligible discounted RTS merchandise totals for one address are combined; different addresses are assessed separately. Shared shipping across separate payments is not yet available or verified.
Existing destination and non-remote-area restrictions still apply. This preview does not grant free shipping; current checkout charges and the existing shipping policy apply until the new rules are implemented and tested.

These answers explain the planned campaign. Group Buy is not yet open.
Which products are included?
Only eligible Ready-to-Ship products marked for the promotion. Choose a Design, Create Your Own, all Custom products, DIY Kits & Supplies, Gift Cards and other ineligible products are excluded.
How do the group discounts work?
The planned 20% BF/CM discount applies first, followed by an extra 12% with 2 valid members, 15% with 3, or 18% with 4 or more. One customer account counts as one member, no matter how many products they choose. This pricing is not live.
What if only one person joins?
Under the planned offer, one person gets only the eligible RTS 20% BF/CM discount. Extra group savings start with 2 valid members. The current BF/CM checkout setup has not yet been verified.
Can I combine Group Buy with the 10% welcome offer?
No. The planned Group Buy offer and Welcome 10% cannot be combined. Normal purchases outside Group Buy keep the existing welcome offer under its current terms.
Can everyone choose different products?
Yes, under the planned campaign everyone can pick different eligible Ready-to-Ship items across categories. You won't need to match.
Can we pay separately?
Separate payments and one-person payment are planned, not yet live. Payment arrangements are intended to remain changeable until the first successful group payment.
How does free shipping work?
The planned threshold is strictly over US$48.99 in eligible merchandise after all product discounts. US$48.98 and US$48.99 do not qualify; US$49.00 qualifies only for eligible destinations. Shipping fees are separate and not discounted. These rules still require actual checkout testing.
What if we ship to different addresses?
Each destination will be assessed separately. Amounts from different addresses cannot be combined. Shared-address aggregation across separately paid orders still requires backend implementation and testing.
What if our group has 8 or more people?
Contact us for a group quote. We'll review your products, quantities and delivery details. The standard 18% extra tier is the planned cap unless an approved quote replaces it.
Are items reserved when I join a group?
No. Ready-to-Ship inventory is not reserved by joining a group or choosing products. Availability must be confirmed at successful checkout.
When does the offer end?
The planned extra Group Buy savings will run with the Black Friday & Cyber Monday promotion and end when that promotion ends. A live campaign end date has not yet been verified.
